The Enterprise Systems Executive Committee (ESEC) will conduct a Town Hall meeting at 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 13, at the Hughes Auditorium in the Robert H. Lurie Medical Research Center.

This is the second Town Hall meeting presented by ESEC, and is a part of an ongoing effort to communicate with the University community regarding Project Café, the implementation of the new financial management system. The Enterprise Systems Executive Committee is comprised of Provost Lawrence B. Dumas; Senior Vice President for Business and Finance Eugene S. Sunshine; Vice President for Research C. Bradley Moore; and Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mort Rahimi. All members of the committee will be present at the Town Hall meeting to discuss the new financial system implementation and to answer questions from the audience.

Committee chair Rahimi encourages faculty and staff to attend the Town Hall event, stating, “The implementation of a new financial management system will have impacts on nearly every aspect of University business. This forum provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to ask questions and share their feedback with project management as well as the Executive Committee and to learn more about what our vision is for this effort.”
