Supplier Diversity Vendor Show Is May 2 and 3

The University's 10th annual Supplier Diversity Program Vendor Show will take place on both campuses in May.

It will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, in the Thorne Auditorium Lobby in the Rubloff Building in Chicago and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, in Blomquist Recreation Center in Evanston.

This conference will provide a forum for M/W/D/LBEs (minority-owned, woman-owned/disadvantaged/local Evanston business) to exhibit their products and services and speak with members of the Northwestern community. This show is open to all Northwestern faculty and staff.

Participating exhibitors are pre-qualified, and many meet small business requirements for federal research contracts. This is an opportunity to connect with businesses who can enhance Northwestern's purchasing practices and assist in the University's research endeavors.

You can pre-register for the show at http://www.univsvcs.northwestern.edu/Purchasing/events.html  or you can register on-site. All attendees who pre-register and sign in at the registration booth on the day of the show are also eligible to win a free roundtrip domestic airline ticket in a special prize drawing.  Individual exhibitors will also hold raffles at their tables.

For more information on the Supplier Diversity Vendor Show or Northwestern's Supplier Diversity Program, contact John Marshall at (847) 491-5321 or at jbmarshall@northwestern.edu.
