Flu shots will be available to Northwestern faculty and staff, starting next week.
The injections will be provided by Omega Occupational Health Services, a division of Evanston Northwestern Healthcare and a provider of occupational health services to the University.
The cost of the flu shots is $20. Employees must pay prior to receiving the injection and present their WildCARD. The payment receipt must be presented at the location where the injection is administered.
Flu shots will be offered first on the Chicago campus, in the first floor Human Resources Conference Room in Abbott Hall.
The schedule is:
Monday, Oct. 11, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 13, noon to 4 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tickets for the flu shots offered on the Chicago Campus can be purchased at the Chicago Bursar's Office in Abbott Hall beginning Monday, Oct. 11. The Bursar's office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Flu shots will be offered on the Evanston campus, starting Oct. 18. The first shots will be administered in Purdue A Room in Norris University Center from noon to 4 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, Oct. 18-20.
The shots will be provided the following week in Northwestern A Room in Norris University Center from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, Oct. 25-27.
Tickets for the flu shots offered on the Evanston Campus can be purchased with a WildCARD at the Norris Center Box Office beginning Monday, Oct. 18. The box office hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
