University Career Services

Jose Santos, Assistant Director for Liberal Arts of Career Services, holds office hours at the MCC and Black House.

University Career Services (UCS) offers programming and services to undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. Students receive assistance and coaching with resumes, cover letters, employer searches, graduate school applications, and effective job/internship search strategies. Beat the walk-in lines at UCS by visiting office hours held at MSA!

Study Abroad Advising Drop-In

Michelle Gere (Study Abroad Adviser & Coordinator of Campus Outreach) completed her B.A. in Languages and Philosophy at the University of Alaska and advises students who are interested in studying abroad in the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Jordan, India, Oman, Mexico, Peru, Spain and Turkey. In addition to her work in the Study Abroad Office, she is also a member of Northwestern's LGBTQA Campus Advisory Network, the Campus Coalition on Sexual Violence and the Forum on Education Abroad Outcomes and Assessment Committee. She lives in Chicago with her husband, a doctoral candidate in the Bienen School of Music.
