There are specific policies associated with publicizing events on campus. For more information, please refer to the Campus Publicity Policies & Procedures.

(includes capacity and contact information)Trademark Licensing
If your group plans to order and distribute products (i.e. shirts, hoodies, giveaways) that include the Northwestern name, logos, and other likenesses of the university, you are required to abide by regulations of the Trademark Licensing Office and use manufacturers licensed by this office.

Tax Exemption Number & Form
As a non-profit institution, Northwestern is tax exempt. Whenever you make purchases for your group, you should present the tax-exemption number to the vendor or business. If you need the number and/or form, or to verify Northwestern’s federal employer indentification number (FEIN) and/or tax status, please ask your advisor for assistance.
University Cars & Vans
Motor Pool is the university department that rents out cars and vans for off-campus events and trips.
University Bus Service
If you need to transport a large group of students for off-campus events or trips, please refer to the bus service offered by the university.
Tables, Chairs, & Stages
All furniture (i.e. tables, chairs, and couches) must remain inside the facilities and are not to be removed for any reason or occasion unless supervised by an MSA staff member.
To reserve tables, chairs, and stages for non-Norris programs, you may use one of two local rental services that deliver and pickup:
