Thekla Stoll Hoefer (C28) of Grand Junction, Colo., celebrated her 101st birthday with a small family party on Dec. 3, 2005. She writes that she is grateful for a beautiful life. She continues to entertain residents with dramatic readings at the assisted-living complex where she resides. Her three sons, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren keep her alert.

May Morey Leonard (WCAS28) of Evanston celebrated her 100th birthday Dec. 18, 2005. In the fall four generations of her family gathered at the Presbyterian Homes, where she lives, to celebrate the occasion. She still enjoys an active game of Scrabble, good conversation and jazz, and she reads voraciously. She spent 20 years as a docent volunteer at the Art Institute of Chicago. She was also a board member of the Junior League of Chicago and a founding member of the Winnetka Weeders garden group and the 35 Club, a North Shore social dancing group.

Lillian Fitch Rehbock (WCAS29) of Redmond, Wash., lives in the Emerald Heights Retirement Community. Lillian is 98. She enjoys the Alumni News, which she shares with fellow Emerald Heights resident Jean Everhart Granstrom (WCAS39).
