Professional Development

Residential Services supports Residence Directors active participation in professional organizations. To that end, each Residence Director is provided $2,000 for professional development annually. In addition to funding for external professional development, Northwestern and the Division of Student Affairs offers significant opportunities for development on campus.

In addition to these programs planned for the year, the Division offers workshops and discussion groups to respond to current trends and issues that may arise on campus or in the field.
