Residence and Board Contract

From this web page you can read and electronically sign your Residence and Board Contract.

Before you proceed further, you will need your NetID and Password.

After you login with your NetID and Password you will be able to view your Residence and Board Contract before electronically signing it. Please note that you have two options regarding your contract. You can either accept the contract, and sign it, or, if you have made other housing arrangements and are not planning on living in Undergraduate Housing next year, you can decline your contract. To sign your contract you will need to enter your own Student ID into the provided boxes. Upon entering your Student ID and clicking the 'Sign Contract' button, your information is transported to our servers, validated and stored as an electronic signature. Once you have completed your Residence and Board Contract electronic signature, you will be redirected to a web page verifying the acceptance of your signature. From this web page, you should view and print a copy of the signed Residence and Board Contract by clicking the 'View Contract' button.
