Room Reservation Deposits

In order to guarantee on-campus housing, your $200 room reservation deposit is due on March 31 for Early Decsion students, and May 25 for Regular Decision students.

To pay, please log on to Northwestern's CAESAR system after activating your NetID and password.  CAESAR accepts credit cards and checks.  The housing application for newly admitted freshmen will be available online in mid-May, and in mid-June for newly admitted transfer students.

Room reservation deposits are not required for returning students.
