Current Employment Opportunities:

Residence Director 

The RD is a full-time, 12-month, live-in professional staff member. The RD reports to an Assistant Director, and is responsible for the administration of a housing area with approximately 400-1200 residents, the direct or indirect supervision of up to 21 Resident Assistants and the possibility of a graduate level Assistant Residence Director. RDs partner closely with Residential College Faculty Chairs and co-lead Residential Communities where Faculty In Residence are present. This position is also responsible for programming, student advising, and serving as a conduct hearing officer for Residential Services.

The Faculty-in-Residence program is a collaboration between the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of the Provost that integrates curricular and co-curricular learning and encourages formal and informal interaction between faculty and undergraduate students. In 2018-19, a fifth Faculty-in-Residence position, based in Willard Hall, will be added to the program.
