The Midwest's largest LGBT social service agency, based in Chicago. Through education, outreach, counseling, and advocacy, Horizons confronts homophobia and its effects, and support the development of healthy and integrated lives. Horizons provides its services through eight major program areas: anti-violence project, education and support services, lesbian and gay helpline, legal services, mature adult program, psychotherapy services, speaker services, and youth services.
