The Certificate Program is open to Graduate School students
who have completed at least two years of graduate study
in the social sciences at Northwestern. The Certificate
Program issues a certificate based upon completion of
course work and a research product; it does not issue
a degree. Students will continue to pursue degrees according
to the requirements of their departments.
Admission
to the Program will be based upon a demonstrated interest
in law and social science, satisfaction of the relevant
admission and good standing requirements for an applicant's
graduate department, and potential for contributing
to scholarship and teaching in law and the social sciences.
