How policies in child welfare, education, and health are
affecting at-risk children

Currently, more than 35 percent of all children in foster care are African American, one in four American children is obese or at risk for obesity, and only one in three public elementary schools have universal pre-K programs. Three experts will explore these pressing issues for at-risk children presenting new research and ideas.
