OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

MISSION

The Office of International Program Development (IPD) was created in 1998 to provide coordination and support to international efforts on campus and to work with all schools to promote internationalization and cross-school collaborations.

IPD works with faculty, school administrators, and other international units on campus to:

  • develop an infrastructure that supports and facilitates international studies and programs;
  • internationalize the curriculum and develop new programs abroad for undergraduate and graduate students;
  • coordinate the submission of grants to external agencies to create new international programs on campus and abroad; and
  • design, negotiate, and institutionalize partnerships with foreign universities.
