We bring in expert speakers to address a variety of work/life topics. These complimentary seminars are offered throughout the year.

Work/Life Balance Discussion Group

This group meets monthly during the lunch hour. The discussion provides an opportunity for participants to talk about their concerns and strategies for managing the competing demands between their work and personal lives. University Elder Caregiving Discussion Group

If you are a caregiver for a relative or close personal friend, you may want to consider joining this group. These monthly brown bag sessions provide an opportunity to exchange information about care-related issues, such as legal, financial and medical questions.
