Priority enrollment is given to children of faculty, staff and students through an agreement between Northwestern University and Harkness House for Children. Northwestern University arranges for designated childcare spaces, available on a first come, first serve basis.
Center Programs
Harkness House for Children (HHC) started in 1988. The Center offers a nurturing environment and a curriculum based on the developmental needs of each child. HHC believes in strong partnerships with parents.
- Care for infants (six weeks and older) through kindergarten aged children.
- Full and part-day programs.
- The director, teachers, and assistant teachers are dedicated professionals, specially trained in infant and early childhood development.
