Faculty and Staff Information System (FASIS)
Access to the Faculty and Staff Information System (FASIS) allows a user to view online a chronological history of position data, an employee’s personal details, benefits information, and payroll records. The following classes are offered for FASIS: Lookup Training (required for new users), Query Reporting, Deployed Funding, Temp Employee Administration, Faculty and Staff eRecruit, eDevelopment, Position Data/Appointment Forms, and more.

NOTE: Staff must enroll themselves for FASIS classes on Self Service at https://nuhr.northwestern.edu. Go to the Learning and Development folder, click on Request Training Enrollment and then click Search by Course Code. Type in HRS and hit Search. All scheduled courses for FASIS will be listed.

Work/Life

Sexual Harassment Prevention Office
The Sexual Harassment Prevention Office carries through Northwestern University’s commitment to providing its students, faculty, and staff with a working and learning environment free from sexual harassment and discrimination. Its director leads a high-energy, interactive training session for units, teams, or departments about the University’s policies, how to identify subtle forms of discrimination and harassment, and what to do if they occur.

The Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences (NUCATS) Institute offers a variety of educational opportunities for faculty and staff who are interested in learning more about clinical research, including:
Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research and Regulatory Administration: Advance your career in clinical research with a graduate certificate in Clinical Research and Regulatory Administration. The four-course program focuses on the key concepts of clinical research and allows professionals to focus in one of two areas: regulatory affairs and administration or clinical trials design and conduct. American English Pronunciation Coaching/Training
