This customized "Staff Leadership at Northwestern" professional development process offers NU directors and associate deans a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge and build skills as a University-wide cohort. By working with Kellogg faculty, NU executives, a leadership coach, and each other these key mid-level leaders accelerate their ability to develop and implement strategies to help their units, schools and the University continue moving forward.
