Policy

To express its appreciation for their length of service, Northwestern University honors employees with service awards after their 5th, 10th, and 15th service anniversaries.

Procedures

Awards and invitations are prepared and distributed by the department of human resources.

Employees who have completed 20, 25, 35, and 45 years of service during the preceding year are honored each spring at the University-wide Staff Awards Luncheon.
