General Payroll Information

• Pre-tax deductions for transit options
  Northwestern University offers pre-tax savings for faculty and staff that sign up for the Chicago Card Plus or RTA transit checks for Metra.
• Address changes and other self service options
  Employees can enter address changes, view all paycheck information including payments about to be made, enroll or make changes to direct deposit bank accounts, and more on the Address changes can also be made using the manual paper form: Personal Data Form 
• NU Cares
  Employees may donate to the NU Cares fund by cash, check, or payroll deduction.

Direct Deposit

• Direct deposit benefits and options
  Individuals hired on or after January 1, 2007 paid through the university must be paid by direct deposit or the "Paychek Plus pay card" program
• Enroll online now
  Enrollment is immediate when entered through the FASIS self service web site using your NetID and password.
