How to access ETES
Northwestern University 's ETES is used to record time for all biweekly staff and temporary employees. Access to ETES is only available on campus not including the dorms unless using VPN.

Hiring Hourly Temporary Employees
Hiring nonexempt temporary employees including work-study students requires completing the Personal Data Form with the supervisor completing the box at the bottom of the form and faxing it to 847-491-3733 (Evanston campus) or 312-503-9702 (Chicago campus). The Timekeeping office will enter all new job records within 24 hours providing the employee and supervisor access to ETES. If the employee is a new hire, additional forms to be submitted by mail or dropped off at our office include I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form and federal and state W4 forms.
