Access to Cognos Reporting

Position Management provides schools and departments the information they need to help manage staff positions and salary budgets. Not included are faculty, grad students, temporary employees and work-study students.

Staff Position Management Features:

• Administrators may increase or decrease the budgeted salary in FASIS or request that a position be inactivated or reactivated through Payroll.

• Vista reports that contain a column for Position Budget Salary:

  NWPAY013 (general ledger payroll report by department),

  NWPAY013A (general ledger payroll report by department for multiple positions)
