From the Foster Street El Stop:

Take the El to the Foster Street El stop in Evanston. Walk east on Foster St. to Sherman Ave. Turn right onto Sherman Ave and walk two blocks south to University Place. Turn left onto University Place and the Human Resources building is the second building on your left.
