Office of Human Resources will Observe Winter Recess December 26, 27, and 28

December 13, 2017 | The Office of Human Resources will be closed December 26, 27, and 28, 2017 in observance of the University’s Winter Recess. Over the holidays, Northwestern University academic and administrative offices will be closed December 26, 27, and 28 in addition to the already scheduled University holidays of December 22 (Christmas Eve observed), December 25 (Christmas Day), December 29 (New Year’s Eve observed) and January 1, 2018 (New Year’s Day). 2017 Staff Survey Complete, Next Steps Underway!

November 28, 2017 | More than 4,900 staff members completed the 2017 staff survey, reflecting a 73% participation rate! Aon Hewitt, the external firm that administered the survey, is working to aggregate and analyze University-wide results. Early in 2018, Aon will share initial themes and results with member of the Northwestern leadership team. In February, we expect to be able to share with the Northwestern community the key themes that emerged. Then, schools and units will review and share results within their communities.
