HRIS Training Cancellation Policy

As of August 2006, HRIS implemented a new cancellation policy for the following HRIS classes: Lookup, Deployment, Temp Panel, Query and eRecruit. Please be aware of and understand the following HRIS Cancellation policy.

If a registered individual can not attend an HRIS training class, the registered employee must drop the course in Self Service or notify HRIS that they can not attend at least 24 hours in advance of the training class. If an individual does not call 24 hours in advance or is a “no-show” to training, the individual will be charged a 50 dollar cancellation fee to the CUFS number found on the HRIS Authorization Access form. An employee completes and submits this form to HRIS prior to attending HRIS training classes.

Individuals must enter a valid non-grant CUFS account on the HRIS Authorization Access form or when registering online in Self Service. An employee may not use any CUFS number that has a fund number containing 0600 – 0999 because costs associated with HRIS training classes are not allowable as direct charges onto grant accounts. Please note: For Self Service course registration, users must enter a valid non-grant CUFS number into the Pay by CUFS field when registering electronically for class.
