Please be aware of and understand the FASIS cancellation policy as it relates to the following classes: Deployment, eDevelopment Course Administration, eRecruit, Faculty-Librarian Pre-Search, Lookup, Query, Salary Planning, and Temp Panel.
A valid non-grant Café Fund, Department and Account are required for any courses with a registration or cancellation fee. The Account will default to 76730 (Professional Development) when the individual registers for the course in Self Service. A Project is required for any 171 or 172 Funds.
If a registered individual cannot attend an FASIS training class, he/she must do one of the following at least 24 hours in advance of the session:
Drop the course in Self Service at the following path: Learning and Development – Training Events/Drop a Course
Notify the Instructor or
Notify the FASIS Training Administrator
If the individual does not drop the course within 24 hours or is a “no-show” to training, FASIS will debit a 50 dollar cancellation fee on a journal entry to the chartstring provided when the Training Approver approved the individual's training request in Self Service.
