• How will I remember the Self Service URL for future access?
  You should save it to your favorites option on Internet Explorer favorites or Netscape Bookmarks.
  

• What ID and Password do I use to access FASIS Self Service?
  You will use your Northwestern University Network Identifier (NetID) and Password that allows you to access services such as your email, meeting maker, ETES, etc.

 

• Who would I contact for help?

1. Logging into your computer or signing on to the Self Service page using your NetID. Your local technical support person.

2. NetID questions - Call 847-491-HELP(4357) or visit https://snap.it.northwestern.edu/

3. Cannot get into the Self Service page after you have logged into FASIS
