Computer-Based Training

Computer-based tutorials (called UPKs) help explain Self Service or HRIS pages. They can be accessed by clicking the HELP link in HRIS or Self Service or by clicking the links below.

Self Service Tutorials
• Includes tools for all employees: View Paycheck, Online Directory, applying for jobs, Conflict of Interest and enrolling in or updating benefits.
• Also includes special Self Service tools: eRecruit, eDevelopment and Leave Accruals.

HRIS Management and Administrative Tools Tutorials
• Includes: using Query, Lookup, updating Reports To, Conflict of Interest for school administrators and GC HERC.

How to Use a UPK Tutorial

• Click the plus sign next to the purple icon for the Module you are interested in, then click open the Lesson folder within that module and, finally, click the Topic.
• Click the See It! icon for an automatic demo of the page.
• Click the Do It! icon to practice using the page.
