Payroll Transactions

The main objective of this project is to decentralize Payroll Transactions by creating online pages that Departments/School will use in lieu of submitting Position/Appointment forms to the Payroll Department.

There will be several phases of this project and the transactions will be roll out in groups. The first phase will be to develop a page that will be used primary for Faculty positions and the development of this page will begin sometime after the 9.1 FASIS upgrade is implemented.

On this page the following transactions are anticipated to be available:

•  Promotion, Reclassification, Salary Adjustment (With a change in Percent Full Time), Salary Adjustment (Without a change in Percent Full Time), Change in Percent Full Time, and Reappointment.

There will be approval workflow associated with each transaction.
