eRecruit Roles

Position Description Access:	This role is responsible for updating position descriptions. This role is tied to department security.
Data Coordinator:	The Data Coordinator is responsible for creating the job opening. The Data Coordinator can also select applicants for interview and select an applicant for offer.
Authorizer:	The Authorizer is either a department or school final approver who is responsible for approving the job opening.
Human Resources Recruiter:	The Human Resources Recruiter approves the job opening and screens and routes applicants.
Hiring Manager:	The Hiring Manager is responsible for viewing on-line applications, resumes, and cover letters. The Hiring Manager is also responsible for selecting applicants for interview and selecting an applicant for offer.
Resume Receiver:	The Resume Receiver is an optional role. The individual can review resumes at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Multiple Authorizers, Hiring Managers and Resume Receivers

Authorizer
If the data coordinator enters two authorizers:

Both authorizers will get an email notification to approve the job opening and the job opening will appear on both worklists
When one authorizer approves the job opening, it will be sent to the HR recruiter for approval and posting
When one authorizer approves the job opening, it will be removed from both worklists automatically
The second authorizer does not need to approve the job opening

Hiring Manager
If the data coordinator enters multiple hiring managers:

Only the primary hiring manager will get email notification when new applicants are routed
All hiring managers will have access to view the job opening and the applicants
All hiring managers will have access to select applicants for interview and select applicants for offer

Resume Receiver
If the data coordinator enters multiple resume receivers:

All resume receivers will have access to view the job opening and the applicants
Resume receivers do not receive notification of new applicants
Resume receivers do not have access to select applicants for interview and select applicants for offer
