Salary Planning Module
Update to handle Faculty - Salary Planning module was updated to handle the increases for faculty as well as staff. System could update benefit base, FTE salaries, Annual Rates, when information was loaded into job information. School Administrators did updates and then the information was loaded into the job information of the employee.
Salary Planning Training and Queries
Extensive training was performed for Salary Planning participants. This included School Administrators. Queries were designed to track the changes made in the Salary Planning Module and allow the administrators to check their data entry and the loading process in HRIS.
PTO for Union 399
Designed system to accommodate PTO (Paid Time Off) for Union 399. Modified reports to separate out the Union employees, converted all vacation and sick time to PTO.
Change W2 to Mailer
Changed the format and delivery of the W2s so all W2s would be printed in a mailer format and sent to the employees home address.
