In order to view (and print) the forms, manuals, and example templates found on this site, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader. In most cases, this program should already be installed on your computer. If not, it can be found at Adobe's Site.

You may find it necessary to configure Netscape so that it automatically displays these files on screen. In order to do this, enter the "General Preferences" menu option under the menu, "Options" and then select "Helpers." You will want to add a new helper. The description should read "Acrobat Files," the MIME type "Application," and the suffix ".PDF". Save your changes, and your system should work properly.

Repeatedly click the browser Reload button until the pdf appears. If this does not work, refer to the Microsoft Tech Support Page Article Q177321.
