No, it will update the FASIS and Online Directory, but will NOT update SES, Alumni, or any other database system maintained in your department or school. In order to make address changes with your Health, Dental and Retirement providers you should notify the University’s Benefits Office directly.
Off campus addresses are usually used by the Physicians in the Feinberg Medical School to list their private office. Researchers may want to list their lab address if it is different than their administrative office. Off campus addresses and phone numbers are listed in the paper directory and will be included in the Online Directory.
If you are a temporary or work study employee, have requested your check to be sent home, and have made changes to that home address, your check address will be updated to reflect that change.
Home address is not used as a check address for regular faculty, staff or graduate students. All checks for faculty, staff, or graduate students are sent to the departments.
W2s are addressed to the department for all faculty, staff and graduate students currently being paid by the University. Home address will be used for delivery of W2s for temporary employees and employees who have left the University.
Yes, if you would like the address deleted immediately, click on the link to Update Off Campus Address. Go to the Status drop down box and select Inactive and then click on the Save button.
