Visit the Northwestern University job site to apply for employment. All employment applications must be submitted online through this site.
You may state your campus preference, Evanston or Chicago, during your in-person interview.
Our application process requires that you apply for specific temporary positions when you submit your application. This ensures that your credentials are reviewed against appropriate openings based upon your interests.
Most, but not all, of the temporary positions are administrative or financial in nature. We are always recruiting applicants with a minimum of two years administrative experience and strong PC skills.
After you have submitted your application you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. An NU Temporary Staffing Center representative will contact you if your application meets the position qualifications. We are sorry, but due to the high volume of applicants we are unable to respond to every applicant for a temporary position.
We review applications on an ongoing basis. You can expect to hear from us within two weeks if we are interested in pursuing your application.
