Monthly Contributions

Long Term Care premiums are fully employee paid and are deducted from employee paychecks on an after-tax basis. Premium deductions pay for the employee's coverage. Premiums are based on an employee's age and selected coverage.

Coverage for a spouse is paid directly to CNA.
