Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan

The purpose of the Supplemental or Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Plan is to provide the opportunity for eligible faculty and staff to purchase accidental death and dismemberment coverage above the amount provided by the University through the Basic Term Life Insurance Plan. This plan is fully employee paid and the plan sponsor is Reliance Standard.
