School Programs

Baker Demonstration School is an independent, co-educational day school committed to providing exemplary Preschool, Elementary and Middle School education. Baker's long-standing commitment to Progressive Education nurtures the development of the whole child, enabling each student to be fully prepared for intellectual, artistic, physical and social-emotional challenges well beyond Baker.

Financial Assistance
Baker offers needs-based tuition assistance to students in grades K-8. The financial aid process is independent of the admissions process. For more information, please visit the Tuition & Financial Aid page on our website.

 

Benefits-eligible NU employees receive a discount on tuition. Please contact the Admissions Director for more information.

 

Location

Baker is located near the Evanston Northwestern campus at 201 Sheridan Road in Wilmette, just north of the NorthShore University Hospital and south of the Baha'i Temple. You may access the front entrance of the school from Maple Street.
