Employee Fringe Benefit Rates

Beginning September 1, 2003 (FY04) the following four fringe benefit rates will be applied to University salaries and wages:

  • Full non-federal rate
  • Full federal
  • Statutory
  • Graduate School student

The benefit rates will be accessed based on the object of expense to which a salary or wage is charged. That is, each salary or wage object is associated with only one benefit rate.
