You can now access the online Open Enrollment 2010 Survey to provide feedback directly to the Benefits Division!

 

Flexible Spending Account plan participants should submit claims to PayFlex by March 31, 2010. Remaining funds after this time will be forfeited.

Eligible dates of service are January 1, 2009 through March 15, 2010 for health care and limited use plans. Dependent care claims must be for dates of service in 2009.
