If you have opted to receive your W2 electronically (see below), printed copies will not be mailed.  If you manage temps or work-study students, please ensure that their addresses are reviewed as well. W2s for regular active employees will be sent to the departmental location address; those for temps, work-study students, and separated employees will be sent to their last known home address on file.

Electronic Option for 2012 W-2 Tax Form

By January 31, 2013 you will receive your 2012 W-2 Tax Form.  This year, you have the option to view and print your W-2 Form electronically within FASIS Self Service. To take advantage of this benefit, you will need to sign into Self Service and consent to receive your form electronically before January 16, 2013.  Please note that even if you opted-in last year, you must opt in again this year to continue receiving an Electronic W-2.  Unless you opt-in, you will receive a paper W-2 Form at your work address (active regular employees) or your home address (temporary, terminated employees, or employees on a leave of absence).  For more information and detailed instructions for opting in to the Electronic W-2, click here.

Changes to Your W-2 Tax Form
