All rooms within Lindgren House will be single occupancy, and will be designated for upperclassmen only.

Lindgren houses 37 men and women in single occupancy rooms. Men and women live on separate floors. Features of the building include:

  • living room
  • TV room
  • recreation room
  • kitchenette
  • vending machines
  • carpeted halls
Furnishings in single-occupancy rooms include:
  • 1 desk
  • 1 desk chair
  • 1 twin bed (80" long)
  • 1 built-in closet
  • 1 dresser with mirror
  • overhead lighting
  • linoleum floor
