Hinman House Exterior

Hinman House is an all Freshmen Building.

Hinman House houses 42 men and women in double-occupancy rooms. Men and women live on separate floors. Features of the building include:

  • TV lounge
  • recreation room
  • vending machines
  • carpeted halls
Furnishings in double-occupancy rooms include:
  • 1 built-in desk for two with bookshelves
  • 2 desk chairs
  • 2 bunkable twin beds (80" long)
  • 2 built-in closets
  • 2 built-in dresser units with mirrored medicine cabinets and
    vanity lights
  • 2 desk lamps
  • overhead lighting
