Dominic Greene, Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Dominic has been in Fraternity and Sorority Life at Northwestern since 2006. Prior to his Wildcat days, Dominic was the Coordinator of Greek Life at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dominic received his Master of Education from the University of South Florida and his bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon. He is a huge college sports fan and never misses an opportunity to root for his Ducks. His responsibilities include:
- Oversees OFSL Operations
- Advises the Interfraternity Council (IFC)
- Advises IFC Chapters
- Liaison with IFC (inter)national Officers
- Liaison to IFC Alumni Volunteers
- Oversees Expansion and Colony Development of IFC and MGC Chapters
- Assist with Housing and lease renewal process
- Advises Order of Omega
- Advises Greek Build
- Coordinates Greek Leadership Retreat
- Oversees IFC and Panhellenic Risk Management
- Coordinates Greek Awards Night
- Facilitates Greek Emerging Leaders (Fall and Spring)
- Oversees Dillo Day

- Develops and implements Vision 20/20, Phase II
- Advises Homecoming Risk Management
- Coordinates Joint Officer Transition Retreats
Dominic serves as the main staff liaison for:

Hallie Moberg, Program Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Hallie joined the OFSL team at Northwestern in March of 2013. She received her BA from DePauw University in French and Conflict Studies where she was also an active member of Alpha Chi Omega. Between finishing her BA and joining the team at NU, Hallie spent a year living and teaching English just south of Strasbourg in France. After moving to Chicago, she began serving on the advisory board for Alpha Chi Omega specifically in the area of Risk Management and hopes to pursue her M.S. in Higher Education Administration with a focus on International and Comparative Education. In her free time, Hallie enjoys traveling, being outside, cooking, and playing with her cats.
The program assistant's responsibilites include:
- Scheduling all appointments for OFSL staff
- Serving as the primary contact for all OFSL related questions
- Maintaining chapter rosters and contact information for advisors and house directors
- Preparing grade reports
- Purchasing supplies and processes reimbursements for OFSL office and related chapter or council events
- Coordinating Greek Leadership Retreat logistics
- Coordinating Greek Awards logistics
- Other duties as assigned
