Dominic Greene, Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Dominic has been in Fraternity and Sorority Life at Northwestern since 2006. Prior to his Wildcat days, Dominic was the Coordinator of Greek Life at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dominic received his Master of Education from the University of South Florida and his bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon. He is a huge college sports fan and never misses an opportunity to root for his Ducks. His responsibilities include:
- Oversees OFSL Operations
- Advises the Interfraternity Council (IFC)
- Advises IFC Chapters
- Liaison with IFC (inter)national Officers
- Liaison to IFC Alumni Volunteers
- Oversees Expansion/Recognition of IFC Chapters
- Assist with Housing and lease renewal process
- Advises Order of Omega
- Advises Greek Build
- Coordinates Greek Leadership Retreat
- Oversees IFC and Panhellenic Risk Management
- Coordinates Greek Awards Night
- Facilitates Greek Emerging Leaders (Fall and Spring)

Maggie Heffernan, Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Maggie came to Northwestern in July 2010 from The Ohio State University, where she received her Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Maggie is a Chi Omega and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University. She enjoys exploring the city of Chicago and all it has to offer, especially trying new restaurants and running near the lake. Her responsibilities include:

Adlil Issakoo, Program Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Adlil has been with OFSL since July 2011. Adlil is working as the Program Assistant for the offices of Fraternity & Sorority Life and Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution. In this position, he is responsible for maintaining disciplinary records, background checks, and budget accounts as well as coordinating logistics for various special events.
Originally from Northbrook, IL, Adlil earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from DePaul University.
His responsibilities in OFSL include:
- Schedules all appointments for OFSL staff
- Serves as the primary contact for all OFSL related questions
- Maintains chapter rosters and contact information for advisors and house directors
- Prepares grade reports
- Purchases supplies and processes reimbursements for OFSL office and related chapter or council events
- Coordinates Greek Leadership Retreat logistics
- Coordinates Greek Awards logistics
- Other duties as assigned
Corey Sampsel, Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Corey is a full-time student in the School of Education and Social Policy's Higher Education Administration and Policy Master's Program. He recently graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration where he spent time on various Greek executive boards and working with the Greek Life Office there as a marketing intern and a teaching assistant for a Greek Leadership 101 class. Corey has also spent time working with the International Headquarters of his fraternity, Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI), on an alcohol-free housing exemption committee and the model initiation team. In his free time, Corey enjoys traveling, reading and the performing arts. His responsibilities include:
- Advises Gamma Sigma Alpha
- Manages OFSL website and social media initiatives
- Coordinates weekly communication initiatives
- Advises Northwestern Greek Allies
- Advises IFC/PHA Public Relations
- Coordinates new member education initiatives

Megan Latchford, Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Megan is a second-year student in the Higher Education program at Loyola University Chicago. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After graduation from USF she worked in the Athletic Department as well as Undergraduate Admissions. She's active as a volunteer for her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha and also works at Sigma Chi Headquarters. In her free time Megan likes to read, cook, shop online, watch college sports and play with her dogs! Her responsibilities include:

- Assists in curriculum development for Greek Emerging Leaders and Greek Leadership Retreat
- Advises Cross-Council Marketing Initiatives
- Assists with Cross-Council Programming
