Charles Andrean serves as one of the Assistant Directors of Fraternity and Sorority Life, with his primary roles including IFC Advisor and supporting the Northwestern Greek Community in the areas of leadership programming, harm reduction, and community service & philanthropy. Charles completed his Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel at Southern Illinois University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Previous to Northwestern, he served as an Assistant Director of Greek Affairs at Iowa State University.

During Charles’ time at Cal Poly, he became a brother of Lambda Phi Epsilon International Fraternity, Inc. Upon graduation, he continued to involve himself with the fraternity in many capacities, and for the past few years, has had the opportunity to serve as the fraternity’s International President. Over time, his passion has grown to encompass the greater Greek community, and he now truly loves and believes in all sorority and fraternity. For fun, Charles enjoys exploring libraries, running semi-long distances, playing terrible cell phone games, and having super real, meaningful discussions about life.
