Project Description & Statistics
Northwestern University is planning an addition and renovation of Searle Hall, 633 Emerson Street, on the Evanston Campus. The structure, originally constructed in 1962 as Student Health Facility and Infirmary, currently houses NU Student Health Services (NUHS) as well as portions of The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). The addition will be 4 levels, including a garden level, with a total of approx. 29,290 GSF.
