HOW TO RECYCLE:

Fraternities: Every Monday your recyclables must be at your pickup point by 9:00 AM.
Sororities: Every Thursday your recyclables must be at your pickup point by 9:00 AM.
All bins should be brought in by the end of the day. If the volume you generate merits additional
pickups, please call NU Recycling at 467-1374.

• If your house has a recycling chairperson, please provide the name and contact information to NU Recycling. This person will receive program updates and educational materials.
• Each house should have at least two (2) forty-gallon blue containers with lids which were supplied by NU Recycling. These containers remain the property of the University and must be used for the collection of recyclable materials. Individual houses are responsible for lost or stolen containers.
• Additional recycling bins (i.e. for food service areas, lounges, etc.) may be purchased through NU Recycling or on your own. If you need additional bin labels, posters, etc., contact NU Recycling.
