Operations

Facilities Management Operations is responsible for the maintenance, replacement, and repair of buildings, grounds, and utility systems on both the Evanston and Chicago Campuses. Operations shops administer heating and cooling, custodial services, snow removal, carpentry and paint, the issuance of keys, and many other areas. Their goal is to accommodate the over 40,000 work requests received each year quickly and skillfully.
