We provide the technical expertise and management services necessary in the design and construction of capital projects. Our staff of project managers supports and guides the physical development of the Evanston and Chicago campuses to fulfill long-range University objectives. The resources of the division also support a variety of University endeavors including fund raising, grant application preparation, and planning.
