Project Description & Statistics
- The building site is located at 2170 Campus Drive, connected to the Center For Nanofabrication And Molecular Self Assembly and the Arthur & Gladys Pancoe Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Life Sciences. Pavilion.
- Demolition to start Spring 2007
- Construction to start Spring 2007
- Base building construction estimated completion: Summer, 2009.
Each of the five floors are programmed with Laboratories and Student Offices.
Faculty (PI’s) Offices reside on 3rd and 4th Floors.
Four stories above grade plus Mechanical Penthouse.
The one floor below grade has a NMR Suite, Core and Laser Labs.
Ground Floor houses an Imaging Suite and Conference Rooms.
The building is approximately 80 feet tall and 21 feet below grade.
