Basement
Demolish Dental School clinics, surgeries, B-3 escalators. Renovate corridors, B-4 elevator. Build mechanical infrastructure distribution, Medicine freezer farm.
1st fl.
Build Medical Education Clinical Education & Evaluation Center (CEEC) clinical skills training facility with 12 exam rooms, 2 consultation rooms, 4 training/conference rooms, 3 offices, toilet/changing rooms, computer testing room, Audio/Visual control/monitoring/review rooms (space demolished with McGaw-1 Anesthesiology project). Build entrance lobby, Medical Education 44-seat tiered case-study room.
2nd fl.
Demolish Dental School clinics/labs/offices. Build Medicine faculty/administration office suite with conference rooms, 31 offices (southeast area). Build 5 open-lab research suites (total ~103 2-person benches) with procedure alcoves, support facilities/special procedure rooms, linear equipment rooms, animal holding suite, toilets, break rooms (remaining floor area).
3rd fl.
Demolish Dental School lecture rooms, administration offices. Build Medical Education 184-seat tiered lecture hall, 44-seat case-study room, 4 seminar/conference rooms. Build elevator lobby, Medicine faculty office suite with 11 offices.
4th fl., roof
Build mechanical penthouse addition (4th fl. west roof setback) with new air-handler system. Replace 3 air-handler systems. Build new exterior, interior exhaust risers, 2 rooftop exhaust fan systems.
