Project Description & Statistics

Addition of a new 4-story office building with approximately 120 offices to be distributed for faculty and departmental use by WCAS, a first floor lounge space, and an interior (open) courtyard. The new addition shall span across the existing SE and SW wings of Kresge Hall. The new addition shall be initially constructed as a 4 story building, with structural and building systems capacity to add a 5th floor in the future.

Project Cost: $13,200,000
